What is happening? What is this?
If you’ve received this via email, then it’s because you’ve subscribed to my newsletter. I decided to try a different platform as Mailerlite doesn’t quite achieve what I want. It’s my hope that using Substack will make for a more interesting newsletter for all of us!
I don’t remember when I sent my last email—I know, that’s so bad of me! I’ve been incredibly busy with writing and marketing and editing and formatting and … and … and …
Just to top that off, I’m off on vacation on the 6th July for a “well earned” break. (We all know I won’t have a break, I’ll be writing or doing other authory stuff most of the time!) I’ll also be celebrating my birthday while I’m away—and by celebrating I mean ignoring it. For those of you who are curious, I’ll be 50 on the 13th July … I don’t feel 50, gotta be honest, and I certainly don’t act it, as anyone who knows me will tell you!
I’m off to beautiful Cornwall—a place that always inspires me, so I’m sure I’ll be filling a notebook with lots of new story ideas to torture … I mean … regale you with! And speaking of books, let’s get right into it!
BOOK NEWS
RED CREEK RAVENS
My next release is another cowrite with Claire Marta. If you read Churchill Bradley Academy, then you have some idea of what to expect of our writing style. Filthy Puck and Broken Puck aren’t as intense as CBA was. It’s a bully hockey romance and I can’t wait for you to meet Bailey and Rush. This duet will be released a day apart (14th and 15th August) and kicks off a new series, which will follow other members of the Red Creek Ravens hockey team.
